• Ease of use. Unlike ordinary automatic coffee brewers, there are no coffee pots to clean, no coffee grounds to measure, no coffee filters to replace. Simply add your coffee pod or tea pod to the pod drawer, press Start, and you'll have coffee in 30 seconds.
• This single cup coffee maker will hold any size pod in its pod drawer. Compare this to other 1 cup coffee makers that use only coffee pods of one particular size.
• It can be used with any size coffee mug, including tall latte cups and travel mugs.

Negative Feedback from Consumers:

• High price. However, it IS a commercial grade machine.
• No programmable timer.
• Some consumers have reported manufacturing issues, such as: the front plastic control cover peeling off the unit, water leaking from the machine, and air lock issues involving the water reservoirs, that prevent the coffee maker from brewing. As with any product, if you experience any of these problems you should contact the manufacturer immediately.
