Iced Coffee Recipes

These iced coffee recipes are ideal on sunny summer days. I personally can't think of a better way to "celebrate" summer, than sitting with friends in an ice cream shop, chatting and enjoying an iced coffee.

As with all coffees, the quality of the beans and correct brewing is the key to great taste. And the amount of ice cream, off course :-)

The recipes are given in US American measures, you can find conversion of measures into metric system here.

Iced Coffee with Cinnamon

  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup strong coffee (with sugar if preferred)

Crush the cinnamon in a pestle and mortar to release the small black seeds.

Spoon the ice cream onto the coffee and scatter with the seeds.

Drink or spoon the coffee through the melting ice cream.

Iced Coffee with Cardamom

  • 2 cardamon sticks
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup strong coffee (with sugar if preferred)

Crush the cardamom pods in a pestle and mortar to release the small black seeds.

Spoon the ice cream onto the coffee and scatter with the seeds.

Drink or spoon the coffee through the melting ice cream.
